BlueHost is just amazing, thanks for your awesome review dude. I found it really informative.
Thanks Rihana…
You are right. BlueHost is really awesome and provide affordable web hosting plans.
Bluehost tech support is horrible. Tier 1 knows nothing, can do nothing and though very pleasant, will accomplish nothing for you. Tier 2 is slow, taking hours (and hours) to fix problems that have 3-minute solutions. Worse, they lie. I was promised a response on an issue within an hour. Two hours later, I’m still waiting. Their cPanel was broken and they didn’t even know it… not just one feature, but at least two. It may be many more – those were just the first two features I tied to use! (What are the odds that I would pick the only two features that were broken? Almost ZERO! But they didn’t have a clue!)
Bluehost is probably okay if you have a rubber-stamp, vanilla wordpress site you want to put up. But if you have a problem (caused by their failure to maintain the tools) you will waste a lot of time trying to get it fixed.
